Key Responsibilities:
Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by understanding their business requirements. - Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients. - Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels. - Map areas, prospect potential clients, negotiate terms, finalize deals, and complete necessary documentation. - Build a pipeline and establish strong personal relationships with prospects by relentless prospecting. - Advocate for Apna's range of products and services within the ecosystem. - Lead your area of expertise and contribute to the exciting growth journey of a startup from an early stage. Qualifications Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience in handling large accounts, preferably in the HRTech background. - Proficient in Stakeholder Management with an external client-facing role, managing client expectations, and navigating leadership levels within companies. - Strong operations and commercial understanding with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients. - Fluency in communication in at least two languages. - Demonstrated experience in lead generation to closure processes. - Comfortable having CXO level business conversations and working in an Individual role. Role Overview: As a member of the Growth and Business team at Apna, you will be responsible for owning user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines involving candidates and employers. Your key role will be to contribute towards Apna's growth journey by managing various short and long term strategies such as marketing, sales, search engine optimization, product changes, and partnerships. You will be involved in resource and capital allocation, cost-upside trade-offs, and realization timelines across multiple initiatives to drive Apna's rapid business growth and product development.
