Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives. - Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) throughout the product development lifecycle. - Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams. - Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis. - Conduct usability testing and gather insights to improve product design and user experience. - Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. - Work with CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer interactions and identify sales opportunities. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion. - Utilize Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage the product development process and ensure timely delivery. Qualification Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science); MBA preferred. - 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in New Product Development. - Proven track record of successfully launching new products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Familiarity with Product Analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics). - Experience with Wireframing & Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). - Strong understanding of market research methodologies. - Proficiency in using Project Management Tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com). - Knowledge of Roadmapping Software (Aha!, ProductPlan).
