Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management with exposure to SaaS product development and support environments. - Proven expertise in managing diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies. - Strong competency in project planning, scope management, and change management. - Knowledge of project management and tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. - Graduate or higher degree in Information Technology or related discipline. - Relevant project management certification is preferred. As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, serving as a strategic bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Your role will involve stakeholder management, requirements scoping, resource utilization, and ensuring successful and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

**Planning:** Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to go-live. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, scheduling, and deliverables. - **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, transparent reporting, and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines. - **Resource Utilization:** Plan and allocate resources across cross-functional and shared teams. Optimize resource utilization to maintain productivity and efficiency. - **Execution and Delivery:** Oversee development, testing, and release management through sprints to ensure on-time delivery. Track project progress using appropriate PM tools to align business priorities with technical execution. - **Change Management:** Lead and govern the change management process, including impact assessment, scope control, and stakeholder communication. Implement changes in a structured manner to minimize risk and maintain delivery timelines. - **Compliance:** Ensure projects comply with the company's IT policies and industry best practices. - **Risk Management:** Assess project risks and proactively take steps to mitigate them.
