Your role as a Global Project Sr Lead in the Diagnostics team at Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore involves leading diagnostic partnerships that unlock breakthrough therapies and accelerate patient access across multiple disease areas. You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships critical to launch success and uptake of key pipeline and in-line assets. Lead the execution of diagnostic partnership agreements independently, from qualitative and quantitative analysis through to finalization and KPI measurement
Optimize execution timelines through continuous analytical assessment and strategic recommendations for specific diagnostic partnerships
Develop frameworks and playbooks to assist affiliates and educate stakeholders on best practices for diagnostic partnering
Provide analytical support to build compelling storylines, business cases, and strategic recommendations for key decision-making forums
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, and affiliate teams to ensure seamless execution
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to drive progress on prioritized projects
Assess value chains, identify pain points and interventions, and develop guidance for partnerships in strategic markets
**Qualifications Required:**
A commercial or scientific master's degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong foundation in project management and execution
Proven experience preparing and driving early commercial strategies and activities for assets moving into phase 3 development
Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and proactively, ensuring progress according to plan and timelines
Strong analytical capabilities to turn complex data into clear recommendations and actionable strategies
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions, departments, and geographies
Experience in a multinational organization and/or consultancy is highly valued
Disease or market knowledge within Novo Nordisk therapy areas is a clear advantage
Outstanding communication skills and flexibility to reach agreements and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
