Work Schedule Environmental Conditions Job Description Position Summary: 负责执行原材料、过程及成品的质量检验工作;参与产品、过程设备/设施的验证和确认活动;协助工程师及生产线处理质量缺陷与客户反馈,推动并实施纠正与预防措施。严格遵守公司EHS的程序和规定,包含环境,健康和安全(EHS)。 Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: 遵循并维护公司的环境方针和质量方针,实施产品质量控制。 严格依据相关程序文件及作业指导书执行检验工作,对检验结果的准确性负责。 根据产品质量和环境控制要求,对生产过程关键控制点进行监视和测量。 正确使用、维护及保养生产和检验用仪器设备,确保其处于有效状态。 协助产线或工程师完成产品、过程设备/设施的验证和确认工作。 协助工程师处理产品质量缺陷和客户反馈,并采取纠正预防措施。 发现重大或系统性质量问题时,立即向生产、技术及质量部门报告,以便及时采取遏制措施,防止不合格品流出/减少损失。 严格遵守良好文档规范 (GDP) 及公司要求,准确填写并妥善保存各项记录。 与其他部门保持良好沟通与协作,共同提升工作效率和产品质量。 高效、按时完成上级交办的各项工作任务。 Other Job Requirements: 保持工作场所整洁有序,按规定佩戴个人防护装备 (PPE)。 严格遵守公司各项规章制度,积极参加安全、质量等相关培训。 协助环境健康安全 (EHS) 部门识别工作场所潜在危险源,并参与实施风险控制措施。 协助实验室工作人员完成实验室日常内务工作。 Educational Qualifications: 大专或以上学历,化学、生物、制药或相关专业优先。 Experience and Other Qualifications: 具备制造业或相关技术服务领域工作经验。 了解ISO 9001/ISO 13485质量管理体系,具有GMP/cGMP相关工作经验者优先。 具备基础英语读写能力,能理解英文SOP及检验方法,处理工作相关英文邮件。 熟练操作计算机及Microsoft Office办公软件 (如Word, Excel, Outlook)。 具备良好的沟通协调能力。 Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
