Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure major corporate sponsorships for both the India Designer Show and India Design Awards. - Identify and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at leading corporations to secure high-value partnerships. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance and support. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure their objectives are met and exceeded. - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine the sales approach. - Manage sales budgets, provide accurate forecasts, and reports to the executive team. Qualifications Required:
Extensive experience in event sales, with a focus on securing corporate sponsorships and a proven track record of closing six and seven-figure deals. - Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage a sales team effectively. - Vast network of corporate contacts and deep understanding of the corporate sponsorship landscape. - Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach. - Passion for the design and events industries.
