Your responsibilities will involve strategic HR partnering and day-to-day execution to ensure employees and leaders receive high-quality HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will need to be comfortable with shaping people conversations, resolving complex issues, and being a trusted HR presence for leaders and employees. Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with leaders, supervisors, and employees to foster a workplace aligned with 3Ms culture and values. - Support leaders in creating and sustaining an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance environment. - Lead local deployment of business-driven people plans and act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and talent considerations. - Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, manage performance conversations, and handle exits professionally. Qualifications & Experience:
1215 years of HR/People space experience with expertise in HR Business Partnering or HR Operations roles. - Prior experience in employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder-heavy HR delivery. - Exposure to manufacturing, commercial, technology, or corporate environments preferred. - MBA from a reputed institute with HR specialization preferred. Critical Skills & Attributes:
Strong judgment, resilience, and ability to handle sensitive people issues with confidence. - Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and practicality. - Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Problem-solving mindset and a high degree of ownership and credibility with leaders and employees.
