Key Responsibilities:
Operational Resilience & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with strict digital resilience mandates like DORA and FCA/PRA SS1/21. - Map and document every critical system and its dependencies. - Manage impact tolerance and resilience scenario testing. - Implement incident classification and reporting processes. - Strategic Service Governance:
Design and embed ITIL 4-based practices for service optimization. - Maintain a "single source of truth" for all ICT assets. - Oversee technical changes to banking platforms. - Third-Party & Vendor Oversight:
Evaluate concentration risk and ensure contractual compliance. - Continuously monitor the performance of external partners. - Intelligent Automation & AIOps:
Implement AI-driven tools for root-cause analysis and predictive maintenance. - Ensure AI governance for automated service actions. - Stakeholder & Cultural Leadership:
Translate technical data for senior leadership. - Foster a culture of continual service improvement. Qualification Required:
Transformation & Modernisation Experience:
Experience in legacy system refactoring and cloud migration governance. - Proficiency in ITSM tool maturity. - Strategic Frameworks & Governance:
Deep understanding of ITIL 4 practices and regulatory compliance. - Experience in service level institutionalization. - Emerging Technology for 2026:
Experience with AI & Automation, FinOps Discipline, and Cyber Resilience. - Cultural Leadership:
