Business Analysis Associate

As a Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, ensuring accuracy of dashboard outputs, and supporting BA Leads in documenting business requirements. Here is what is expected from you:

• Business Analysis: You will be responsible for performing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis to drive business decisions effectively. - Testing and QA: Your primary focus will be on testing and quality assurance of dashboard outputs to guarantee 100% accuracy in reporting. - Documentation: You will assist BA Leads in writing comprehensive business requirement documents and DUC requirements to streamline project workflows. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• Proficiency in data query and analysis tools, particularly SQL, to extract insights and drive informed decision-making. - Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, to manipulate and analyze data effectively. - Experience with Alteryx is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to automate workflows and streamline data processes efficiently. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred for this position:
• Technical writing skills are advantageous for effectively communicating complex technical information. - Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and R programming language would be beneficial for advanced data modeling and analysis tasks.
