Qualifications Required:
Masters or Bachelors degree in HCI, Design, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in product design
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Proficiency in design, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prototyping tools

Create workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other deliverables to support product design
Independently manage projects and collaborate effectively with researchers and content designers
Drive design practices and promote human-centered design principles in an agile environment
Present your designs to stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating the rationale behind your decisions
Embrace and adopt the product design system, including UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns, and guidelines
