THE ROLE
As a Product Lead, you will lead one of our teams developing high-potential tech startups and scale-ups. You'll have a large amount of ownership for the product you will be building, leading the product vision all the way through to delivery. You will work closely with your dedicated team of designers, engineers, and QAs to ensure the product you are developing is loved by its users and is achieving its business goals. Our product teams are small and effective, usually ranging from 5 to 15 people. ### RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Lead, you will navigate the full product lifecycle at startup speed, using AI tools to augment your workflow, accelerate output, and sharpen decision-making. - Product Vision: Define, drive, and execute the product vision, utilizing AI to rapidly analyze market landscapes and pressure-test product strategies. - Product Discovery: Direct and oversee qualitative & quantitative customer research, leveraging AI to synthesize user data, extract key insights, and shorten the discovery loop. - Drive technical initiatives from the business side, utilize AI to efficiently draft comprehensive technical specifications, map processes etc. - Plan and execute product roadmaps under tight deadlines, using AI-driven frameworks to ruthlessly prioritize MVP scope and proactively mitigate complex technical risks. - Propose robust GTM plans and leverage AI to quickly spin up functional, basic prototypes for client and stakeholder alignment meetings. - Coordinate closely with our business development team to ensure timelines, budgets, and client contracts are realistic, data-backed, and strictly held to. ###
