As an experienced professional in the field of investment banking, your role will involve leading the day-to-day execution of various financial transactions such as M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory. You will be responsible for overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and regulatory capital analyses. Additionally, you will manage transaction processes including due diligence and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Your contribution to client relationship management and origination through idea generation and pitching will be crucial. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of investment banking experience with exposure to financial institutions group (FIG) and demonstrated transaction and client leadership skills is necessary. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring is crucial. A deep understanding of financial institutions, regulatory capital, and balance sheet dynamics is expected. Strong client-facing, communication, and people management skills are essential. Established relationships within the financial services sector, a successful track record of deal execution, and revenue contribution are advantageous. You should also be comfortable performing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
