As a Product Data Scientist, you will lead technical data science work in a product area, advise and mentor junior scientists on technical issues, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusion within the team. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional partners to drive product improvements through data-driven decisions throughout the product life cycle. You will take ownership of data science and analytics for your product area, including defining data logging and tracking requirements, metric definition, and analyses. Additionally, you will guide and support embedded scientists in the design and implementation of analyses and experiments, and present clear and compelling stories from complex data analysis to impact strategy and product direction. Qualifications Required:
1-14 years of experience in analytics as a data scientist
Strong coaching abilities for data scientists
Experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, and monitoring
Proficiency in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal analysis
Proficiency in predictive modeling and machine learning
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Proficiency in SQL and Python
