We are seeking a strategic and experienced Tech Account Director to join our Transformation team. This pivotal role will lead the successful rollout and implementation of a key technology product across multiple European markets. You will be the central point of contact for our clients, guiding them through complex digital transformation projects, ensuring a seamless delivery experience, and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships. ### What You'll Do:
Work with Program Director to manage comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and key interdependencies to ensure clarity and alignment across all teams. - Lead client meetings, setting clear agendas, communicating status updates, and managing expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle. - Serve as the primary liaison between the client, local market teams, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and consistent progress. - Support Business Lead in all commercial aspects of the project, including budget management, deliverable tracking, and financial reporting. - Proactively identify and manage project risks, providing timely issue escalation and collaborative problem-solving to keep the program on track. ### What You'll Need:
Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in managing large-scale, international programs, preferably in the technology or digital transformation space. - Proven success in a senior client-facing role, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal). - Experience or in depth understanding of Shopper / Commerce asset production (is a plus). - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project management methodologies (is a plus). - Previous experience in rolling out SaaS platforms or enterprise-level software (is a plus).
