Red Nucleus is hiring a Managing Director, Omnichannel Strategy & Practice in our Global Medical Affairs team. This role can be based remotely in the US, Canada, or the UK. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or business-related fields; Advanced degree in the Life Sciences, and/or MBA preferred. Experience:
10+ years in management consulting, advisory and/or digital strategy specifically for Life Sciences
A strong history of successfully selling, delivering and growing consulting revenues with a track record of sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the previous 2-3 years
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance in omnichannel engagement. - Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and omnichannel engagement technologies. Skills:
Executive presence
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written
Ability to leverage external network to improve market positioning
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
Ability to lead client work and accounts
Ability to attract, retain, mentor and grow team members
Ability to become a trusted partner to all levels of clients (from Director to c-suite)
Must have a collaborative and team-based mind-set
Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, (demonstrated expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Must have the ability to manage work-life balance for oneself and be able to mentor team accordingly for themselves. - Must be capable of leading complex engagements with superior practice-build and client relationship management skills
