• Design and build scalable frontend frameworks, libraries, and tooling that serve as the foundation for all product teams. - Define and drive frontend architecture standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability at scale. - Create reusable component systems and design system integrations that enable teams to build high-quality UIs faster. - Develop and maintain shared tooling (e.g. build systems, CLI tools, templates) that streamline development workflows and improve developer experience. - Establish best practices for code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance across all frontend codebases. - Partner with engineering teams to identify gaps, remove friction, and enable faster, more reliable frontend development. - Drive initiatives to modernize frontend stacks, improve performance, and unify technologies across teams. - Act as a technical leader through code reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on guidance, raising the bar for frontend engineering across the company. - Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and approaches that improve scalability, maintainability, and developer productivity.
