Founding AI Product Engineer

As a Founding AI Product Engineer at Avisa, you will play a crucial role in building the first real version of their agentic AI-native growth platform. This is not a routine developer role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting systems, coding deeply, and utilizing AI tools, agents, and modern platforms to enhance output. - Contributing to the engineering backbone of Avisa by working on business blueprinting, ICP and funnel creation, prospect discovery and qualification, outreach workflows, dashboards, RBAC, auditability, and usage controls. To be successful in this role, you should:
• Be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately. - Possess 59 years of hands-on engineering experience. - Excel in Python and backend systems. - Have a good understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, and APIs. - Be adept at building fast using AI coding tools, managed services, and modern dev platforms. - Be able to collaborate directly with founders in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrate maturity, hard work, curiosity, discipline, and humility. - Know when to build from scratch and when to leverage existing platforms.
