MEP Designer - IQ/KH/01

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Corporate Office + Factory)

We are looking for an experienced MEP Designer to design and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD and a good understanding of project execution

. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP designs using AutoCAD (Electrical, Lighting, HVAC, Plumbing, LAN & Fire Safety systems)
• Plan materials and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) with cost estimation
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
• Select appropriate equipment and materials for projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Support team training and knowledge sharing

Key Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in MEP designing
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material planning
• Understanding of safety standards and system design
• Good communication and coordination skills
