Manage and qualify enquiries from various sources
Accurately capture and track all leads in Salesforce
Respond to enquiries within defined SLA timelines
Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and route them to the appropriate teams
Sales & Business Development Support
Qualify inbound leads and support pipeline progression
Conduct initial needs analysis via calls, email, and virtual meetings
Collaborate with the commercial team for effective opportunity development
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
Monitor lead conversion rates and sales performance metrics
Ensure data quality and adherence to CRM best practices
Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
Deliver a high standard of client service
Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to delivery teams

**Qualifications Required:**
Bachelors degree in Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
**Experience:**
Experience in B2B sales, client engagement, or professional services (pharma preferred)
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Exposure to multi-country environments or senior stakeholders is a plus
