As a Healthcare Project Architect at DGA, you will lead the technical execution of complex healthcare projects that prioritize patient outcomes, clinical efficiency, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will:

• Manage all aspects of project coordination—balancing client engagement, team leadership, and technical documentation to deliver healthcare environments that exceed expectations for function, performance, and safety. - Serve as a key liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication throughout all phases of project delivery. - Provide forward-thinking, code-compliant technical solutions that address the complexities of clinical workflows, medical equipment integration, and evolving healthcare standards. - Lead the development and quality control of technical documentation, advocating for clarity and accuracy in all drawings, details, and specifications. - Apply in-depth knowledge of healthcare building systems, codes, and delivery methods (including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Design-Assist, IPD, IFOA, etc.) to inform strategy and execution. - Champion technical excellence through proactive problem-solving, mentoring, and a collaborative project approach. - Maintain and expand trusted client relationships, acting as a confident and professional representative of DGA's healthcare practice.
