As a Sr Finance Executive at our company, your role involves maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software. Your responsibilities include configuring Tally to meet specific accounting requirements, generating financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, overseeing payroll processing, managing inventory, reconciling bank statements, supporting audits, and performing financial analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. - Configure and customize Tally software to meet specific accounting and reporting requirements. - Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide timely and accurate financial information. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax, and prepare and file tax returns using Tally. - Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings, to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. - Manage inventory transactions and stock valuation using Tally's inventory management features. - Reconcile bank statements with Tally records to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions. - Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation and reports from Tally for audits. - Perform financial analysis using Tally data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in financial performance. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with extensive hands-on experience using Tally software. - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations in India. - Proficiency in Tally software, including configuration, customization, and report generation. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data accurately. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and regulations, including GST and TDS requirements. Please note that the work location is in person at Madurai, and the salary ranges from 14,974.43 to 62,349.10 per month. Additionally, Provident Fund benefits are provided.
