As a Profile Data Setup Analyst, you will play a key role in configuring, analyzing, and managing product data for customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, optimized, and timely data setup in Windowmaker software. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities
Understand customer product configurations and convert them into structured data using Windowmaker Software. - Set up and modify profile data, including reinforcements, glazing, and accessories, in alignment with customer-specific rules and industry practices. - Analyze data, detect inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality output to facilitate accurate quoting and manufacturing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Software Development, Support) to deliver complete and tested data setups promptly. - Provide necessary training, guidance, and documentation to internal teams and customers as required. - Continuously seek process improvements and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. - Handle escalated customer cases concerning data accuracy or configuration issues. - Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
35 years of experience in a data-centric role. - Bachelors degree in engineering (e.g., Computer Science) or a related technical field. - Proficiency in product data structures and product lifecycle. - Strong analytical skills with a sharp focus on data accuracy and patterns. - Ability to deconstruct complex product information into structured data elements. - Eagerness to acquire industry domain knowledge and familiarize with software capabilities. - Practical experience with Excel, SQL, or other data tools. - Capacity to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
