Sales Enablement, Advocacy & Industry Presence Support market expansion and deal strategy through industry expertise, customer relationships, speaking engagements, workshops, webinars, thought leadership, and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Optimize workflows and processes while driving measurable outcomes tied to customer satisfaction, retention, product adoption, strategic partnerships, lead generation, industry engagement, and cross-functional business improvements.

What You Bring
10+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience within public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations, including experience serving at the Deputy Director level or above (or equivalent senior leadership role). - Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, emergency communications workflows, and evolving public safety technology trends. - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with PSAP leaders, industry associations (NENA/APCO), executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Strong strategic leadership experience driving scalable programs, operational improvements, and cross-functional initiatives in complex environments. - Ability to translate customer feedback, operational challenges, and market insights into actionable product, business, and go-to-market strategies. - Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills, including executive presentations, workshops, industry events, and consultative sales support. - Collaborative, data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring success, and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. ### Benefits that Benefit You

Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, an annual performance-related bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD $108,000.00 in the lowest geographic market and USD $181,000,00 in the highest geographic market.
