As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the building material industry, your role will involve handling the overall assigned territory, driving sales, ensuring product availability, and collecting payments for all product ranges. You will be responsible for appointing and nurturing the right business partners such as Distributors and Dealers. Your focus will be on consistently improving retail reach and retail productivity. Additionally, you will need to generate high-quality sales leads from Project Specifiers including Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Consultants, PMCs, Contractors, Aluminium Fabricators, and Facade consultants. Following up for stocks and resolving other issues related to channel partners will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to align between branch finance, logistics, and sales teams for seamless operations. Team MIS and Reporting, including the preparation of Daily Sales Reports, will also be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications Required:
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building material industry. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills and high energy levels.
