You are being hired by RegisterKaro as an Accounts & Taxation Trainer based in Gurugram, Sector 32. Your role will involve training and mentoring employees on various aspects of accounting such as GST, TDS, ITR filing, bookkeeping, and other accounting compliances. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct training sessions, develop structured training modules, provide real-time case studies, assess employee performance, support in compliance procedures, stay updated with tax laws, identify training needs, and provide continuous mentoring and guidance. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on GST, TDS, ITR, and Bookkeeping. - Develop structured training modules and materials. - Provide practical, real-time case studies and examples. - Assess employee performance through tests, assignments, and evaluations. - Support employees in understanding compliance procedures and documentation. - Keep updated with the latest tax laws and regulatory changes. - Coordinate with management to identify training needs. - Provide continuous mentoring and guidance to employees. Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and Bookkeeping. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Training and mentoring ability. - Practical knowledge of accounting tools (Tally, Excel, etc.). - Ability to simplify complex concepts. Qualifications:
Semi-qualified CA. - Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field. Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or related field. - Prior experience in training or mentoring will be preferred.
