As an experienced and motivated QA Lead with a strong background in testing Salesforce applications, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Hands-on Testing (90%)
Design, execute, and manage comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components. - Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce-specific features, integrations, and customizations. - Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and thorough testing coverage. - Team Leadership (10%)
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Senior QA Engineers. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while encouraging skill development. - Provide technical guidance and problem-solving strategies to team members. - Quality Assurance Strategy
Define and implement QA strategies tailored to Salesforce applications. - Develop and monitor QA metrics to assess quality and performance. - Collaborate with development and business teams to align on QA objectives. - Optional Automation Initiatives
Design and implement automation frameworks for Salesforce testing using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar (if applicable). - Enhance testing efficiency through the adoption of automation strategies. - Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in QA processes and recommend improvements. - Advocate for best practices, including regression and performance testing. - Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and stakeholders. - Provide clear updates on testing progress, risks, and resolutions. - Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports. - Ensure adherence to QA standards and processes. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Skills: Strong expertise in manual testing, familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, proficiency in test management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bonus Skills:
Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Provar. - Salesforce Administrator or QA-related certifications.
