The role:: The Business Process Excellence Analyst will support the Business Process Excellence Lead in building and maintaining the organization's Business Process Management capability. This role focuses on capturing, modeling and maintaining business processes in SAP Signavio, ensuring compliance with BPMN 2.0 standards and global taxonomy. The Business Process Excellence Analyst will assist in ERP migration activities, process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a professional eager to further develop expertise in BPM, process analytics and operational excellence under the mentorship of the Lead. What you'll be responsible for Capture, model and maintain business processes in SAP Signavio following BPMN 2.0 standards and company-wide taxonomy. Work under the guidance of the Business Process Excellence Lead to ensure all process documentation reflects global standards and incorporates localization requirements. Assist in building and updating the centralized process repository, ensuring accuracy and completeness of process models. Support ERP system migration activities by documenting SOPs and Work Instructions aligned with system design and business requirements. Collaborate with functional teams to gather process details and validate models for correctness and compliance. Participate in Fit-Gap analysis and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercises to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Contribute to process discovery initiatives by collecting data and preparing inputs for process mining and analytics. Ensure proper version control and governance of process documentation within SAP Signavio. Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization based on observations and stakeholder input. Continuously develop skills in BPM, process analytics and continuous improvement methodologies under the mentorship of the Lead. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with global standards. Support the creation of dashboards and reports for process performance monitoring. Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to grow expertise in BPM and ERP transformation practices. We're looking for someone who Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Brings 3–5 years of experience in process modeling or business analysis (internship or project experience acceptable). Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and process documentation best practices. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and process improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced BPM tools and techniques. Exposure to SAP Signavio or similar BPM tools is preferred. Understanding of Lean principles or continuous improvement concepts is a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills.
