URGENT HIRING Senior B2B Jewellery Sales Executive
Experience Required: 2 to 5+ Years in B2B Sales (Jewellery Industry Preferred) Salary: FROM 2 LPA up-to 6LPA (Attractive hike for strong performers) Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Office Timing: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage high-value B2B accounts including retailers and wholesalers Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution network
Lead client negotiations and close high-margin deals
Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure repeat business Coordinate closely with production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment Track sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain CRM records
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales (Jewellery or Luxury Retail preferred)
Strong client network in Kolkata and nearby markets
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Professional communication and relationship management skills
