Within the Digital Business Banking Tribe, we: Deliver frictionless digital products enabling onboarding, storage, management and maintenance of customer data Ensure high-quality, consistent data is embedded across all processes and products Provide secure, safe and compliant access to customer data, building trust and confidence Create insight-driven digital experiences via web and app platforms This means Customer Data sits at the core of the bank's operations, powering critical journeys such as onboarding, legal entity changes, and role & mandate management, while enabling scalable, future-ready digital banking capabilities. For the External Connections & Statements value space, we are looking for a Product Lead / Product Manager to translate this vision into impactful products and drive execution across business and IT. Your role As a Product Lead, you are end-to-end responsible for the product vision, roadmap and delivery within the External Connections & Statements domain, with a clear focus on enabling secure, high-quality and scalable data exchange. You lead a team of Customer Journey Experts and Engineers and ensure alignment between business needs, IT implementation and regulatory requirements. You play a key role in realising the tribe vision by turning customer data into reliable, accessible and value-adding products. You Define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligned with the broader data-driven tribe vision Own and prioritise the roadmap to deliver frictionless and scalable API-based solutions Ensure secure, compliant and high-quality data exchange with external organisations Balance customer value, business impact and regulatory constraints Act as the link between stakeholders, IT and leadership Drive innovation to improve data accessibility and usability across channels Take ownership of cross-team dependencies and delivery outcomes Your team You lead the team within the External Connections & Statements value space, consisting of two focus areas: External connections (API integrations with external organisations) Statements & tax reporting (including peak delivery towards tax authorities) Your immediate priority will be growing external connections product, enabling secure and scalable integrations with external parties, while also ensuring alignment across the full value space and supporting critical delivery periods. The team consists of Customer Journey Experts and Engineers, and you are responsible for building a high-performing, customer-focused and data-driven team culture. How to succeed As a Product Lead, you combine strategic thinking, delivery focus and leadership to realize the tribe's ambition of a data-driven future. You: Translate vision into clear priorities and measurable outcomes Drive customer-centric product decisions based on data and insights Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance across your domain Have a strong understanding of IT landscapes, APIs and data architectures Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic capabilities Lead and coach your team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement Navigate complexity across business, IT and regulatory domains About you You have A bachelor's or master's degree 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership Proven experience leading multidisciplinary agile teams Strong experience in business-to-IT translation and product delivery Affinity with API-driven ecosystems, integrations and data platforms Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A passion for data-driven products and customer value creation Knowledge of Dutch/Spanish/Italian banking systems is a plus Rewards and benefits We want to make sure that it's possible for you to strike the right balance between your career and your private life.
