Your primary focus will be supporting a spring boot-based framework (Photon) and its associated services, which are utilized by numerous JPMC software engineers working on cloud-enabled modern microservices applications. **Key Responsibilities:**
Handle level 1 & 2 product support tickets and ensure timely resolution with customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to maintain service level agreements and delivery obligations. - Contribute actively to the refinement and growth of products and services. - Identify and resolve any roadblocks while monitoring performance and addressing issues with internal partners. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers as necessary. - Create and maintain product documentation, knowledge-based articles to assist customers in issue resolution. - Recommend technical and process improvements to enhance product effectiveness and marketability. **Qualifications Required:**
