Job Description The Company is looking to add to the highly motivated Shareholder Services team, responsible for the on-boarding of new clients to mainly private equity funds with total AUM of over EUR 37 billion. The candidate will be involved in every aspect of the client on-boarding process from initial system set up to ongoing checks. The candidate will deal with a diverse client base including institutional clients, pension funds, high net worth individuals and family offices. Key to this role will be the ability to manage and prioritise multiple processes within tight deadlines as well as strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail. Induction training will be provided in addition to both compulsory training (AML/KYC) and optional training. Additional role-specific training will be provided in-house by peers, line manager and senior management. This is a 1 year fixed term contract position. • Be primary contact for investors building relationships to support key interactions • Assist with the onboarding of clients and performing quality checks • Reviewing FATCA/CRS documentation • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to daily • Relationship management with clients, General Partner, internal and external stakeholders • Pre-empt (where possible) and manage/resolve service issues end to end and ensure timely communication to the client • Coordinate with internal business partners across multiple offices internationally • Ensuring all tasks are completed within the team in a timely manner to assist with internal KPIs Requirements Completed bachelor's degree required • Minimum 2.2 honours degree • Additional relevant education in the area is a benefit • Highly motivated with an innovative mind-set • AML experience an advantage, but not essential • Strong analytical and organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail • Ability to deliver solutions to issues, including more complex issues as agreed with line management • General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Previous experience in Transfer Agency/ Investor Services in the Funds industry is an advantage Contact Information If you are interested in becoming an integral part of a successful alternative investment management team in an international, multicultural working environment we will be pleased to get to know you soon.
