FP&A Lead

As an FP&A Lead with a global manufacturing leader, your role will involve shaping the financial strategy to drive growth and accelerate your career in a dynamic and high-impact FP&A role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning across business units. - Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and project evaluations. - Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency. - Managing cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to ensure business continuity. - Evaluating ROI and payback for Capex, marketing, and operational investments. - Partnering with business and operations teams to manage segment-level and product-level profitability. - Collaborating with supply chain teams to optimize inventory and working capital. - Leading cost optimization and process improvement initiatives across functions. - Supporting the CFO with board presentations, investor reports, and strategic reviews. - Overseeing FP&A team performance and enhancing analytical capabilities. Qualifications required for this role include:

• CA or MBA in Finance with 6 to 12 years of experience in FP&A. - Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. - Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or capital-intensive sectors preferred. - Proven ability to provide business partnering support to leadership teams. - Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (D365 preferred) and advanced Excel. - Skills in cash flow management, variance analysis, and ROI assessment. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead small FP&A teams and manage tight deadlines. - Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and process improvement orientation.
