Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
MBA in Data Analytics or Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery)
Understanding of Microsoft Fabric implementation
Knowledge of AI workflows for business analysis
Experience with ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
Proven experience in building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)

Role Overview: As a Data Analytics Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee data analysis and reporting for the business. You will play a crucial role in managing large datasets, developing self-serve BI tools, and creating executive dashboards to monitor business performance. Additionally, you will be involved in developing data analytics strategies to support business objectives, collaborating with other departments to provide actionable insights, and mentoring a team of data analysts and MIS experts. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point for all business and performance analytics
Oversee the collection, processing, and interpretation of large datasets
Manage MIS and reports for various functions, ensuring timely delivery
Develop self-serve BI tools and automated reporting for functional leaders
Build and maintain executive dashboards to monitor business health and performance metrics
Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives
Partner with the Head of Strategy to define KPIs and track strategic projects
Collaborate with other departments to understand data needs and provide insights
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and MIS experts
Implement and maintain data analytics tools and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
Use statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques for decision-making
Work with product, IT, supply chain, and marketing teams to align KPIs
Ensure data quality within the database, including data loading and error handling
Conduct User Acceptance Tests to ensure quality in deliverables
Produce documentation on data flows and processes
Coordinate data campaigns and analysis projects
Assess client and 3rd party data sources for enhancements
Define and set up reporting and analysis processes to meet client objectives
