Supplier QA Program Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess STACC commodity suppliers for capability, capacity, quality systems, and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize Ano line processes and guide them in establishing operating procedures
- Utilize SPC tools for data analysis and provide recommendations to support decision-making on DOE's and line qualification
- Provide technical support to suppliers on STACC commodity best practices and troubleshoot process and product-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of supplier qualifications, process specifications, test procedures, and quality records
- Support commodity projects such as regionalization, dual sourcing, new supplier qualifications, and NCe reduction programs
Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Material Science

Minimum of 8 years of work experience for Bachelor's degree or 6 years for a Master's degree

Hands-on experience in surface treatment processes, preferably in the semiconductor industry

Knowledge of Ano masking process, Ano sub-processes, and failure analysis tools

Proficiency in reading drawings and understanding ASME Y14.5 standards
