Overview
The Account Administrator, Direct Supply supports the direct supply business at GOAT across all direct brand inventory. This role is the operational backbone of the direct supply team, ensuring products move from partner to marketplace accurately, efficiently, and on time - enabling Account Managers to focus on growing relationships and hitting KPIs. In this role, you will:
Support the direct supply business in daily administrative functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, cross-functional coordination, problem solving and operational execution
Manage day-to-day tasks by working closely with Account Managers to keep partners supported and operations running smoothly
Follow established processes with a high degree of accuracy, escalating issues proactively
Ensure products are available for sale and accurately listed in the GOAT marketplace
Own product listing setup for partners, coordinating with internal teams to gather required product information and assets, to ensure we have all listings created
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that prevent inventory from being created or going live
Own the direct brand purchase order flow end-to-end
Participate in seasonal buying appointments with Account Managers to support order creation
Submit and track orders with partners, reviewing confirmations and flagging discrepancies
Proactively follow up with partners to confirm shipments adhere to agreed delivery windows
Coordinate inbound logistics across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
Prepare and distribute delivery details to relevant internal teams ahead of each shipment
Activate and price inventory upon receipt; reconcile received quantities against invoices and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate cross-functionally to keep all business verticals on track
Partner with Logistics, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Product Catalog, Data and Engineering to support smooth end-to-end execution across the direct supply business
Support campaigns, launches, and seasonal activations
Manage operational details for brand partnerships, exclusive launches, and key moments
Coordinate across teams to ensure inventory is ready to go live accurately and on time
Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for partners, handling status updates, confirmations, and issue resolution
Own recurring operational tasks including partner payouts, cost management, and seasonal markdowns
Maintain and improve processes that reduce errors and drive operational efficiency
Follow established workflows with precision; identify gaps or inconsistencies and bring solutions to the team
Track inventory performance and share insights with the Account Management team
Support regular and ad hoc reporting needs
