As a Customer Success Coordinator at ModMed, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Success team to ensure an exceptional client experience. Working closely with Senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs), your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in day-to-day client management and engagement support
- Supporting client deliverables by tracking project timelines, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM tools such as ChurnZero and Salesforce
- Assisting with renewal processes, including building quotes, tracking renewal timelines, and following up on key deliverables
- Helping prepare for quarterly and annual business reviews by pulling relevant data and insights
- Providing feedback and suggesting improvements to tools, processes, and workflows to enhance customer experience and team efficiency
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or administrative support, ideally in SaaS or technology environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)
