As an IT Governance and Compliance Manager at Clariant, your role is crucial in strengthening IT governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the IT function is well-prepared for statutory and external audits, facilitating efficient audit execution, and timely resolution of observations. - Establishing and strengthening governance frameworks to ensure consistent implementation of effective IT controls across Group IT. - Cultivating a culture of continuous compliance and control maturity by keeping IT processes and documentation audit-ready. - Leading the development, communication, and oversight of IT policies and standards to enhance governance consistency. - Advising and coaching IT teams on governance and compliance practices to elevate the organization's compliance culture. To qualify for this role, you should have:
• Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, IT risk management, or governance roles. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor would be advantageous.
