Ensure high standards of service delivery for the entire employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, focusing on quality and efficiency
Provide professional and consistent first-line support to the HRSSC team by effectively coordinating with Business Unit HR and other employees to address and resolve queries
Execute and monitor HR operational activities related to Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation Benefits, Statutory Compliance, and Performance Management Systems according to defined service level agreements
Promote a strong service delivery ethos within HRSSC to ensure prompt problem resolution and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify trends and process gaps, manage issues, and address process complexities through effective partnership with various stakeholders
Manage and maintain the HRSSC inbox efficiently, handling employee queries and escalating them to the correct team contact when necessary
Support additional assignments and projects identified for HRSSC and Business Unit HR to contribute to the overall success of the HR function
Ensure relevant documentation is available and regularly updated for all HR systems processes and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures, Statements of Work, and process flows
Support in providing information in the form of reports and dashboards within service level agreements and respond to ad hoc requests as needed
Provide general support to the HR team and perform other duties as assigned or required, contributing to the smooth operation of the HRSSC
