Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the tech industry. - Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and present to various stakeholders. - On-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, requiring regular office presence.
