As an Analyst, Private Funds Operations at PineBridge Investments in Mumbai, your role involves providing assistance with administrative and logistical processes for closing loans, monitoring loan activities in a middle market credit and mezzanine group, and communicating with clients and various third-party service and financing providers. Your responsibilities will also include document sharing, coordinating KYC requirements, obtaining ratings and CUSIPs, assisting in obtaining loan approval from financing banks, and preparing monthly collateral reports. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and issuing funding notices to clients, working with the internal finance team and clients' treasury department to facilitate loan funding and closing procedures, and following up on client requests. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelors / Masters degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
Experience in using Sentry PM or Markits WSO loan system will be a plus
Exposure to Black Mountain and Geneva
Minimum of two to three years of working experience in banking or finance industry
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment

Update Sentry Portfolio Management Tool with portfolio company information
