Lead execution across architecture, engineering, deployment, and scaling for GenAI and agentic solutions
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure Agile/product-led delivery with quality, velocity, and risk control
f. Value Realization & Governance
Define and track business KPIs and value realization (cost savings, productivity, automation levels)
Ensure responsible AI governance (security, compliance, explainability, risk management)
g. Go to Market & Portfolio expansion
Drive opportunity mapping across portfolios/accounts and support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement
Scale solutions through reusable assets, cross-portfolio adoption, and repeatable transformation models
h. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as trusted advisor to client and delivery leadership, leading executive governance and steering forums
Bridge business, technology, and operations to align strategy with execution and adoption
Qualifications
a. Experience & Technical
10+ years inprocess/digital transformation and program management, with proven experience in scaling AI/automation initiatives in enterprise environments
2+ years of hands-on understanding of GenAI/LLMs, agent frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration architectures.
b. Leadership & Delivery
Expertise in Agile/product-led delivery with experience managing global, cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
