Role: Senior Project Manager – AI & Creative Operations (GenAI)
Location: London, United Kingdom (2-3 days a week Hybrid working, combination of Oliver & Client offices)
Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end project management of complex marketing campaigns. You will define scopes, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of creative assets for our financial services client. - AI Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and manage sophisticated agentic workflows to streamline creative production. You will move beyond basic prompting, connecting platforms like Pencil Pro with other systems to automate copy generation, asset resizing, and production at an enterprise level. - Serve as the strategic owner of our AI tech stack. You will utilize Pencil Pro to build complex templates and automate video/static production. Additionally, you will utilize your experience in to create custom, task-specific AI agents that support our copywriters and designers. - Work closely with the client services team and directly with senior clients. You will project manage their requests, set expectations, and act as a consultant, demonstrating how our capabilities can solve their business challenges. - Leverage your background in creative disciplines (copy, design, or both) to oversee the quality of AI-generated outputs. You must ensure all automated creative aligns with the client’s strict brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Keep up to speed with the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will continually evaluate new tools, test new methodologies, and refine our processes to ensure we remain at the forefront of marketing technology. ### What you need to be great in this role:
Senior Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or creative operations within a marketing agency, advertising firm, or fast-paced in-house creative team. - Demonstrable AI Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing creative GenAI tools (e.g., Pencil Pro, Midjourney, ChatGPT Enterprise, Jasper) in a commercial setting. - Technical Acumen: Concrete experience in agent building (e.g., creating custom GPTs, using LangChain, Flowise, or similar frameworks) and constructing agentic workflows (using automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom API integrations) to solve complex creative bottlenecks. - Creative Foundation: Experience in a creative agency; you need a strong creative eye to judge and refine AI outputs effectively. - Exceptional Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable leading meetings, presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical clients, and operating smoothly within a corporate client's office. - Adaptable Problem Solver: You have a "tinkerer's" mindset. You are deeply technology-minded, able to independently troubleshoot, experiment, and arrive at solutions when integrating new AI tools into existing agency processes. - Previous experience working with or within the financial services sector, or other highly regulated industries. - Familiarity with marketing compliance and legal approval processes. - Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or AI/Machine Learning concepts.
