Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial control functions within the organization. - Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Oversee the financial aspects of investment funds, including strategic planning, asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio analysis. - Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Collaborate with executive management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals. - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's/master's degree in finance or a related field. - Experience: 9-12 Years of progressively responsible experience in finance roles, including managerial experience. Experience in a leadership role within a similar-sized organization is beneficial. - Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting principles, and reporting standards. Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex financial data, and make informed decisions. Strong business acumen to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. - Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. - Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting requirements, and compliance frameworks. Experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls. - Integrity and Ethical Standards: Demonstrated ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
