As an IAM Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading IAM workstreams encompassing IGA, Identity Lifecycle, PAM, SSO/MFA, Access Governance, and Cloud Identity. - Coordinating with engineering, architecture, operations, and external teams to ensure seamless delivery. - Driving project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and program reporting. - Facilitating stakeholder communication, providing status updates, and conducting governance meetings. - Ensuring compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Strong knowledge of IAM technologies such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Azure AD, AD/LDAP, SSO, MFA, and RBAC. - Understanding of IAM architecture, connectors, APIs, provisioning, and workflows. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps/CI-CD practices. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise integrations. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
