Account and Finance Executive

As an Accounts & Finance Executive at our company, your role will involve managing day-to-day accounting tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Posting vouchers, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling subsidiary ledgers. - Processing and validating vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments. - Managing accounts payable workflows and vendor reconciliations. - Raising and tracking customer invoices, following up on collections, and resolving accounts receivable discrepancies. - Performing monthly bank reconciliations, preparing month-end schedules, and supporting the month-end close process and journal entries. - Preparing and filing statutory returns such as GST return preparation/support and TDS calculations. - Supporting external and internal audits, preparing MIS/financial schedules, and providing inputs for financial analysis and process improvements.
