**Job Description:**
As a Demo & Training Executive, your role will involve managing lead generation, demo scheduling, product demonstrations, and customer training in the healthcare industry. You will interact regularly with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and physiotherapists both onsite and virtually. **Key Responsibilities:**
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and outreach
Connect with clinics, hospitals, and physiotherapists to introduce the product
Coordinate with prospects to schedule product demos (onsite & virtual)
Ensure proper planning and readiness for demos
Conduct on-field and virtual product demonstrations
Provide hands-on training to customers post-sales
Ensure smooth onboarding and product usage
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects
Work towards demo-to-conversion targets
Update CRM with all interactions
**Qualifications:**
13 years of experience in sales / demo / customer-facing roles
Bachelors in Biomedical/Electronics Engineering/Pharmacy or relevant qualification
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with onsite work and field travel
Ability to handle objections and build relationships
