Schedule: PRN What You'll Do In conjunction with the Medical Plan Of Care, independently perform systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families: plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluate effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care. Requirements •Current Missouri registered nurse license or current registered nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence. •If no experience as an RN or LPN in a hospital setting or it has been more than 5 years since last worked in a hospital setting, nurses must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) within 30 days. •AHA ACLS within 180 days. •AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days. •ASLS - Advanced Stroke Life Support within 180 days. •NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 60 days. •Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program (CPI) within 180 days. •RN competency day annually by transcript due date.
