Industry/Technology background: Web & Mobile Application Development support
Essential Technical Skills:
Hands-on coding experience in full-stack development
Strong experience with Ionic (v6+), Angular (v16+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
Java with Spring Boot
PL/SQL backend development and RESTful APIs
Ability to review bugs, analyze impact, and create quality patches
Strong understanding of design principles, architecture, and performance optimization
Experience working in Agile environments
Source control tools such as GIT, SVN, PVCS
Essential Personal Skills:
Strong communication skills with onshore and offshore teams
Ability to work under pressure and handle critical issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to enforce standards and processes
Desirable Skills:
Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ
Backend DB experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience with Jira, Jenkins, CI/CD tools Role Overview: You will be working as a Lead Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer Support with expertise in PL/SQL, Java, Ionic & Angular. Your role will involve bug resolutions, patches, resolving production issues, supporting enterprise applications, and handling development support requests end-to-end. Key Responsibilities:
Provide development support for enterprise-scale web and mobile applications
Work on complex bug fixes and patch development across PL/SQL, Ionic, and Angular
Review, prioritize, and communicate development support requests
Assist QA with defect reproduction and technical clarifications
Deliver high-quality code and ensure adherence to standards
Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and product experts
Communicate issue status, risk, and priority clearly
