As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking and capital markets systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with key stakeholders: You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps teams to understand requirements, dependencies, and design effective test strategies and plans. - Designing and executing comprehensive test cases: You will create detailed test conditions, test data, and test scripts to address both business and technical use cases. Analyzing test results will be a key part of your role. - Leveraging and enhancing automation tools: You will utilize existing tools and techniques to execute test cases efficiently. Additionally, you will contribute to building and scripting new tools to improve our testing and validation capabilities. - Mastering test methodologies: You will demonstrate expertise in various test methodologies such as functional, integration, performance, and regression testing. - Delivering high-quality deliverables: Working independently within an agile squad, you will consistently deliver high-quality test artifacts every sprint. Strong SQL knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis is necessary. - Deep banking & capital markets domain experience: A strong understanding of banking and capital markets operations and processes is essential. - Avaloq Core & Wealth platform expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with the Avaloq Core and Wealth platform are required. - TestMaster mastery: Proficiency in using TestMaster to automate testing of Avaloq banking systems is necessary. - Avaloq scripting expertise: Understanding of Avaloq scripting basics, DDICs, and fundamental code tables is important. - Proven test expertise: Experience in all aspects of testing including analysis, test case creation, execution, and automation is crucial for this role.
