As a Senior Service Engineer - AV in South India, your primary role is to manage service operations, AMC support, and client engagement for Audio-Visual systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, and live event support to ensure high service standards and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to breakdown/service calls at client locations in South India. - Visit sites for onsite troubleshooting of AV systems and efficiently resolve hardware and software issues. - Coordinate with internal teams and log service calls with OEMs for hardware-related issues. - Conduct preventive maintenance visits at client sites, perform system health checks, and maintain proper documentation. - Act as a backup engineer in the absence of onsite engineers to ensure uninterrupted AV services. - Support team members with technical expertise when required. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing Audio-Visual systems. - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for hardware and software issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with internal teams and OEMs effectively.
